All sales are final. St. George Gallery provides refunds for items damaged in transit. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in damaged condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to customersupport@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com within 5 calendar days of receiving the damaged product.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If approved, we will ship out a replacement if available or then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are shipping the damaged item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. St. George Gallery does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
St. George Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry to customersupport@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com St. George Gallery will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
St. George Gallery utilizes commercial photography to ensure that all of our products presented have the best display and product accuracy for customers. St. George Gallery is not responsible for the product accuracy displayed on a customer’s mobile or computer device as individual variances may occur therefore St. George Gallery disclaims all liability.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the state of Virginia of the United States, as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in the state of Virginia. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Alexandria, Virginia . The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement by mediation. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
