What if I don't see a product that I am looking for?

St. George Gallery periodically adds products to our e-commerce shop inventory.  Please contact us at customercare@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com with your product inquiry that you seek and we will let you know if we carry that item in either of the Gallery locations (Addis Ababa or Alexandria).

Are your products shipped from Addis Ababa or Alexandria?

The origin of St. George Gallery products is Ethiopia.  The Alexandria, Virginia Gallery location has product inventory however not all of the inventory. The origin of product shipment depends on the product purchased.

Both of the St. George Gallery locations ship internationally.

What is your refund policy?

St. George Gallery sales transactions are final.  We provide refunds for items damaged in transit.  In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in damaged condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and email to customercare@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com  within 5 calendar days of receiving the damaged product.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.  If approved, we will ship out a replacement if available, or then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are shipping the damaged item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  St. George Gallery does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I reach you for the products that require price inquiry?

Please contact us at sales@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com for your price inquiry and include your the contact telephone number to best reach you.

What if I have not received my package?

Upon inquiry to customercare@StGeorgeofEthiopia.com we will provide the customer with delivery to the address provided, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Please note that St. George Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
